Campers will enjoy baseball at the Major League level. The seats are typically upper deck behind home plate. Some notable players on each team include: Orioles – Brian Roberts, Nick Markakis and Melvin Mora. Astros – Miguel Tejada, Roy Oswalt and Lance Berkman. Blue Jays – Scott Rolen, David Eckstein and Frank Thomas.

Campers will enjoy baseball at the Major League level and get to watch some of the players they were able to interact with during the day on the field. Some notable players on each team include: Phillies – Ryan Howard, Chase Utley and Jimmy Rollins. Cardinals – Albert Pujols, Troy Glaus, Chris Carpenter, Adam Wainwright, Rick Ankiel, Colby Rasmus, Yadier Molina, Braden Looper, Jason Isringhausen, Aaron Miles, Scott Spezio, Skip Schumaker, Chris Duncan, did I say Albert Pujols…and the list goes on and on there.

Campers will enjoy free swim from 7pm – 9pm. The pool is equipped with a 3 ft. low diving board as well as a 10 ft. high diving board. The complex also has an open yard for touch football games, tag, etc. A sand volleyball court in the back corner is also available to the campers who want to do that. Certified lifeguards watch the pool the entire time and require swim tests to be taken before anyone can enter the deep end of the pool.

Campers will enjoy professional quality baseball from a team owned by Cal Ripken Jr. and Bill Ripken. Each camper will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the ballpark including concessions, the fun zone and the Hangar…the Ironbirds official team store. The Ironbirds will face competition from the minor league affiliates of such storied franchises as the New York Yankees, St. Louis Cardinals, New York Mets, Cleveland Indians and Boston Red Sox.

Campers will experience what it is like to play on a NFL football field. They will participate in football activities that might include a flag football game, field goal kicking contest and punt, pass and kick. They will also get a tour of the stadium including the club level, tunnels and locker rooms.

Campers will go through 3 levels of activities and games at the Science Center. Static machines, laying on a bed of nails, dinosaur fossils, lie detectors, fog machines, etc. They will also take a look at the stars in the Planetarium where a MSC astrologist will take them through the night sky. To end the night, we will all gather in the IMAX movie theatre for a show.
